This weeks photo challenge I decided I would get out my macro lens my hubby got for me. So funny it took me about 1/2hr to figure out how to use the darn thing! Found out that I had to manually focus everything - which I thought was kinda cool once I got use to it.
So I still had the Chrysanthemum in my studio from last week, so I just used them as my subject matter again this week {they are so pretty to photograph} But just a different take on them. I became a little obsessed with capturing the drops of waters on the petals. I LOVE macro!!

I'm lovin' these photo challenges and am learning so much about my camera and how to take photos. I wonder what week 3 will hold?
Happy Baking!
I'm loving your photos too! You're a natural. What kind of camera do you use? I'm thinking of taking it up and am trying to find a class somewhere (not having much luck though!) :-)
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful photos!! It's amazing that what may look like the simplest things can be such works of art!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, did you hand hold or use a tripod? I am so unsteady I can't shoot anything without blurring it!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much =) I'm really enjoying these photo challenges. I have a canon 7D which my hubby brought for me and I don't use a tripod just hand held =) I think I must have pretty steady hands from make all those tiny figures and stuff.
